How I write - A behavioral analysis

I put myself in an experiment while writing the previous post. How do I write when I have a whole lot of stuff in my mind? How do I organize things in the post? Here're some observations:
a.
I write a LOT! I write and write and write; and then write some more. Summary and conciseness seem to be unknown concepts. But sometime detail matters. So its kinda good.
b.
I'll start of with some witty comment, but then the wittiness in the post starts to dwindle. It ends in me listing the details I had in mind in bland prose.
c.
When I have a lot going on in my mind, and because of point (a) above, I'll write for more than an hour, then get bored or distracted, and start wrapping up things, without caring for accuracy. Got to work on organizing my thoughts properly.

Speaking of experiments with psychoanalysis, read up on this. Stanford prison experiment: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stanford_prison_experiment
